DAY 1 ARRIVAL and THE OPERATION DAY
OK.. I decided to write all experience in english starting from this post so maybe overseas and local indonesian can read this together.. This is trully my experience of liposuction with dr. ARTHUR TJANDRA in MEDAN INDONESIA
DAY 1
OK back to after the surgery, i was sooo drowsy that i fall asleep when i go back, LUCKILY i feel nothing afterwards.. just some soreness and pain but i can tolerate it maybe around 6/10 just some difficulty to move and pulling down pants when peeing... or when changing cloth... but because the wound was not sticth.. when i went to the toilet.. theres a blood still running out from the wound... and i mean its a lot.. but trust me its normal... dont worry..

DAY 1
as i wanted to go back as soon as possible, and prefer to do it on weekdays so i can have a relaxing weekend with my kiddo later.. so i plan to have surgery on monday with flight in monday morning (2 hr flight from jakarta to medan) and operation in the afternoon and go back jakarta on wednesday.
Dr arthur tjandra told me that TUESDAY is already booked and if i got delay on the flight and arrive late afternoon, i will need to wait till wednesday as he can operate only 1 patient in 1 day. I took a risk and take the monday early morning 6am flight so i can arrive medan around 11 at doc place..
Oh well.. drama happened.. the flight was delayed for 2 hour as we already almost depart but the pilot found some technical issue with the plane and decided have to change aircraft and we have to get down from the plane and wait another 2 hour...
Was really rushin but to cut short.. i made it to doctors place at 12 (hooraayyy)
I took a 11.10 train (the train is soooo clean and the staff is really helping as i was in rush.. BRAVO KUALANAMU BANDARA TRAIN STATION) and arrive 28 min later and was picked up by the clinics driver. Within 10 min to 15 min, arrived at the clinic was greet by nurse yusma and assistant.. sign the form and explained about all the risk.. The place it self was so clean..

We must take a lunch first, where they can help to order.. or we can order it ourself via gojek/grab.. OF COURSE i order my self the TABONA CHICKEN CURRY .. my fav food everytime i went to medan. BESTTTT
After lunch, i took a shower and we have to change to the surgery dresso, take an antibiotic and painkiller and go down to meet doctor arthur for consultation. There he explained everything from scratch about the surgery and it took me around 2 hours... The next day patient was asked to hear the explanation too at the same time...
If im not mistaken the surgery start around 4pm and end around 8 pm.. 4 hours include all the video preparation and the surgery preparation and the part where doctor draw all part of my arm armpit and back that needed the surgery...
I was given a pain killer pill (1) and i asked for extra when the surgery because the pain is kicking... and when the doctor insert the syringe to put in the pain killer before the suction.. it stinging... pain about 7/10. During the procedure of lipo... some of the part you dont feel anything... but there are some part that quite painfull that i have to scream in pain (but TRUST ME THE PAIN IS WORTH IT) OVERALL the procedure pain is 8/10 and when you see the result afterwards.. you will definitely forget all about the pain... I even think why i dont this before.. should have done this before marriage...

1. DRY SHAMPOO (as you wont be able to take a shower for around 3 days)
2. BODY WET WIPES
3. COMPRESSION GARMENT
doctor arthur recommend the design veronique.. But for me the material is quite hard on the elbow and i got rash there.. but the compression is really GOOD. HOWEVER i will recommend PLIE BRAND from brazil,, for singaporean and indonesian you can buy it at your own country. IT SO SOFTTTT and the compression is really good.. once i wear this ... i can wear it for FULL DAY even when sleeping and no rash at all at anywhere.. i attach the pic for you... YOU MUST BUY THIS REALLY.. ow and make sure u down 1 size ya.. i was supposed to take L but im downsize to M (170cm/66kg) and it fit perfectly

4. EXTRA BAGGAGE on your flight back if you flying ( as you will not be able to put up your hand/bag to overhead compartment.. just check it in)
5. Hair band/ Hair clip
6. LOOSE shirt with front button.. trust me it will make your life easier
7. EASY to wear pants that slide up easily.. as you will feel a bit soreness.. so it really gonna safe you from pain when pulling up or down your pants when you go to toilet

Sleep well the first night maybe because of the pain killer, however i decided not to have dinner as i feel really tired and want to sleep instead.. but i make sure i drink a lot that night...
