6 WEEK THE DREAM START TO BECOME TRUE

 LOVING my 6th week result now.. 3D upper arm liposuction.. NOT ONLY 1 point like other doctor did.. he did 4 point at my arm (fore arm.. back arm.. armpit and back body side) LOVEEEE the result so much i could cry... i have my muscle definition nowww and 6 cm shrunk! my left arm size was 32 now only 26 .. the right arm was 30 and now 25.. yesss our body size are not same left and righttt

i was looking for liposuction for a couple years already and finally found dr arthur tjandra. And regret WHY I DIDNT FOUND HIM EARLIER... He replied the email promptly and so informative.. most of his patient was overseas patient.. not indonesian..

what i love the most is after surgery you can stay overnight at doctor place so he can monitor you.. and the place it self clean and cozy...

doctor Arthur tjandra is super nice and informative and he gave u an honest review.. like my tummy he straight foward said i need tummy tuck not lipo.. and breast need breast lift not fat transfer which if he is moneyminded he will just do ittt.. but he gave u an honest suggestion.. I love him so much.. however i will go back to him for tummy lipoooo.. because i dont wanna do tummy tuck..

The key is be patient.. you will sadly look at your arm is no change during the recovery as your arm will be swallon.. for mine it tooks 5 week to feel smaller but still sore and sometimes swallon.. so you can feel happy sometimes and dissapointed at the other time.. but trust me once 5 week past pooffff... you feeel more confident and happyyy as some of my tops now can be wear.. specially the one i feel tight on arm now loossseee wooohooo cant wait untill 6 month.. because dr arthur tjandra said after 6 month the result will become more amazing

DONT FORGET TO INVEST ON BEST compressiion garment. for mine i tried 3 brand.. BUT the best one is PLIE! you won't regret it! Dont try other brand you just wasting your moneyyyy.. i tried the design veronique (compressed well but i feel itch on the elbow flap area and rashes) .. and i bought BRABIC.. please dont buy.. NO COMPRESSION at all.. i bought the PLIE BRAND downsize it to 1 size for your immediate use of after surgery.. and after 5 weeks like me u can downsize it again as the arm is smaller already.. you will feel it anyway when u need the downsize compression garment and you will feel happy when that happen... like meee

 NO WORDS TO SAY.. look the definition of my arm muscle and back... and yes i did weight lift and i already doing this for 3 years even before i did my lipo... and now too happy to describe... just look from the picture,,, NO MORE SORE... all healed.. even the scar is faded now :)  NOW.. NEXT TARGET.. TUMMY LIPO.. and i will blog it again for you once i did it.. because im still planning on the date and budget :D Ow.. btw i did rf on my arm just afraid about the loose skin because my arm is huge to start with.. on this picture i did it twice already.. you can try to do it at LUNIX ( cost Rp 100.000) they used the CRYO machine with multipolar RF (not mono) so its a good deal :).. im doing it once every two weeks...

DAY 1 ARRIVAL and THE OPERATION DAY

OK.. I decided to write all experience in english starting from this post so maybe overseas and local indonesian can read this together.. This is trully my experience of liposuction with dr. ARTHUR TJANDRA in MEDAN INDONESIA DAY 1  as i wanted to go back as soon as possible, and prefer to do it on weekdays so i can have a relaxing weekend with my kiddo later..  so i plan to have surgery on monday with flight in monday morning (2 hr flight from jakarta to medan) and operation in the afternoon and go back jakarta on wednesday. Dr arthur tjandra told me that TUESDAY is already booked and if i got delay on the flight and arrive late afternoon, i will need to wait till wednesday as he can operate only 1 patient in 1 day. I took a risk and take the monday early morning 6am flight so i can arrive medan around 11 at doc place..
