 LOVING my 6th week result now.. 3D upper arm liposuction.. NOT ONLY 1 point like other doctor did.. he did 4 point at my arm (fore arm.. back arm.. armpit and back body side) LOVEEEE the result so much i could cry... i have my muscle definition nowww and 6 cm shrunk! my left arm size was 32 now only 26 .. the right arm was 30 and now 25.. yesss our body size are not same left and righttt i was looking for liposuction for a couple years already and finally found dr arthur tjandra. And regret WHY I DIDNT FOUND HIM EARLIER... He replied the email promptly and so informative.. most of his patient was overseas patient.. not indonesian.. what i love the most is after surgery you can stay overnight at doctor place so he can monitor you.. and the place it self clean and cozy... doctor Arthur tjandra is super nice and informative and he gave u an honest review.. like my tummy he straight foward said i need tummy tuck not lipo.. and breast need breast lift not fat transfer which if he is moneym

 Ok.. this is the week you feel that.. O NO why its still the same size? And trust me.. BECAUSE ITS STILL SWELLING! and you can feel the water movement inside... and if you dont wear the compression garment, you can feel the water move down and your hand will get swallon too.. so please do your massage...  For me, i went to this one place called EASTWEST  JAKARTA(cost 800.000 + 25.000 admin) for the first session and the next visit will be 680 + 25 admin. They only have one senior physiotherapist who do this lymphatic drainage and she is really GOOD. Its painfull hahaha... but she is good.. however i only go to eastwest once and learn how she do it and i did it my self at home every day :) I also try another place called GAYA SPA JAKARTA, here they also do the lymphatic drainage massage but they have package of body scrub, body mask and free RF  ( i went here on my day 25 after the lipo) i really recommend this place... clean comfy and really a high end spa centre... VERY VERY NICE PLA

 I had a great sleep on the day 1, woke up at middle of the night for toilet pee and found that the blood still come out and dripping, was quite surprise but as the nurse (suster yus) already warned me before..  Woke up by a phone call asking me what i want to eat for breakfast and they help to order it for me :) suster yus and mbak nur who working there are both really niceeee... especially suster yus who help me a lot and explain everything so detail.. love her so much..   After breakfast, suster yus ask me to come down and did a massage for me to drained the excess blood  and dr arthur did another video for the day 1 after liposuction Now about the scale of the pain today..  Its just a sore.. not pain.. i really dont feel any after pain that needed me to eat pain killer (but i ate it though) and the antibiotic... I already can go to next door to buy some cake.. (which for me the taste is just so so... not that fantastic) and after that i requested to have a driver send me to clinic

OK.. I decided to write all experience in english starting from this post so maybe overseas and local indonesian can read this together.. This is trully my experience of liposuction with dr. ARTHUR TJANDRA in MEDAN INDONESIA DAY 1  as i wanted to go back as soon as possible, and prefer to do it on weekdays so i can have a relaxing weekend with my kiddo later..  so i plan to have surgery on monday with flight in monday morning (2 hr flight from jakarta to medan) and operation in the afternoon and go back jakarta on wednesday. Dr arthur tjandra told me that TUESDAY is already booked and if i got delay on the flight and arrive late afternoon, i will need to wait till wednesday as he can operate only 1 patient in 1 day. I took a risk and take the monday early morning 6am flight so i can arrive medan around 11 at doc place.. Oh well.. drama happened.. the flight was delayed for 2 hour as we already almost depart but the pilot found some technical issue with the plane and decided have to cha

 Finally, setelah melahirkan anak terakhir ku dan sudah meyakinkan diri untuk tidak hamil lagi, maka mulai memikirkan mengembalikan bentuk tubuh ke arah sebelum menikah. Pertama dengan olah raga dan menjaga makan, tetapi tetap saja dengan umur yang sudah menuju ke arah 4, agak susah ya ternyata karena metabolisme dan hormon tidak bisa seperti dulu lagi ketika muda...  Cut short, entah kenapa karena masa pandemic ini, membuat aku always stay at home dan berpikir karena berkurangnya jalan jalan keluar dan aktivitas, saatnya mencoba liposuction untuk area atas badan aku, krena memang dari dulu area tersebut yang menyebalkan rasanya.  Sebelom memilih dokter yang terpercaya, siapa sih yang ngga research dulu before after dan prosedur2 nya... Oh well aku aja sampai ke 3 dokter lohhhhhh... dengan dokter yang terakhir berati sudah dokter ke 4 sebelom aku memutuskan dokter yang mana...  1.
